Where Can I dual mod a TE Fightstick in NYC?

I live in NYC (BX) and i was wondering Where can i dual mod my XBOX 360 Madcatz MvC3 TE Stick? I'm dual-modding my stick because of the imports that the PS3 is going to get (JoJo, UNiB , BBCP , JvsAllstars) and most of my friends have PS3 more than 360. Can i dual-Mod it my self (i do have the tools to do it myself because my dad was a mechanic) / should i goto a store to mod it? How Much does it cost if i go to a store?
