Anyone ever heard of this game?

Konami Presents: Political Power. It's a mini arcade, replica? Not even sure if it is a working game as I can't find any more info on it. It may just be a sort of interactive art exhibit. Here is a video

Can't fully tell what 8 characters there are but from the pics and freeze frame video it seems like: Rasta Clinton, Cyborg Reagan, Prez Camacho, Lincoln? Dracula, Juggalo Nixon, I think bottom left is G. Wash
