What is this?
Well as the title says is a tier list,here we will list the best combos the characters can do in some of the most common situations,every character will have 1 combo per situation.
What are the rules?
-The combo must be done on a passive stading character and it must be done on Ryu and/or Ken (or another character with a normal size,no Abel no Blanka).
-No setups (full screen fireball,charging for final TAP or quesadilla...)
-Each category has specific rules
What we want with this?
Maximum damage,it doesn't mind if it's practical or not,neither how many 1f links the combo has or how difficult it is.
Notations:
[000] = Damage
s. = (Far) Standing
cl. = Close Standing
c. = Crouching
j. = Directional Jump
nj. = Neutral Jump
d. = down
u = up
f. = forward
b. = backward
xx = Cancel move with
, = Link
~ = Chain
> = Target\String\Follow up
LP/LK/HK/EX etc = Light, Medium, Heavy or EX version respectively
FADC = Focus Attack Dash Cancel*
(ch) = Counter Hit
(corner) = Corner (duuuh)
-Do not abbreviate special moves.
-For bulk updates, please post the combos in order of the categories.
-Use this format:

Meterless:
[238] C,Viper [c.HP xx Thunder Knuckle feint, c.HP xx MP Thunder Knuckle]
*If the focus attack hits,you have to say the level of focus (1,2 or 3)
