Werewolves and Vampires start weak, but grow stronger as the game progresses.
Town start strong, but grow weak as they die/convert to Werewolves and Vampires.

Phases:
The game will cycle through Day and Night phases. Day phases will last 36 hours. During the day, you may vote to lynch one person from the game. Votes are done via PM to me, and cannot be changed once PMd. Night phase will last 12 hours. During the night phase, the Vampire and Werewolves will stalk the night and submit their night actions (along with Town roles that work at night).
Recruitment Process:
Before the game starts, all roles will be randomly assigned. There is no choosing teammates for this game.
Last Gasp
When a Town member is killed, they get 1 last gasp. The last gasp must be submitted within 12 hours of the death to me, then I will post it in the game thread.

Werewolf And Vampire night actions
Vampires and Werewolves initiates start off with no powers, but may gain some as the game progresses. Dracula and Lucian grant the Promote ability at the start.
As you can see, the game can get complex, but at its core it's fairly straightforward except for the addition of a third faction.
If all vampires and Werewolves are killed, the town wins.
If all Werewolves are killed, and Vampires make up half of the remaining players, Vampires win.
If all Vampires are killed, and Werewolves make up half of the remaining players, Werewolves win.
Order of Actions:
For the blocks, everything is designed to go off within a block at the same time. So for instance, a skill from Block A (i.e. possession) can alter/prevent a skill in a later Block (Faith), but a skill from Block C (Assassinate) cannot prevent a skill from Block B (Policework) from happening.
COMMON SENSE RULES THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO POINT OUT, BUT NOW HAVE TO:
1) Do not edit ANY POSTS. Period. For any reason. Do not ask us to verify with mods that you did not have any malicious intent in editing your posts, we will not do it. Do not provide me with any photographic evidence of your edits. There are going to be no warnings this time, just DQ's. Habitual editors will be banned. We have had this BS happen way too much during these last two games. If you have anything to add, or any clarifications to typos to make, or a broken image/link in your post, create a new post to address it.
2) Do not PM anyone playing the game. If you are mafia, keep your PMs in the mafia conversation. If you're one of the lovers, keep your PMs inside the Lovers conversation. You should not be PMing anyone else if you are them, and if you aren't, you have no business using the PM inbox at all regarding this game. If you have any questions regarding gameplay, PM me. If someone PMs you that shouldn't be, do not mention it in the thread, just PM me with the the contents of it. PM'ing once will result in a DQ. Habitually doing so will result in a ban. (Things not game related will not result in any penalty, but to keep the integrity of the game, if someone playing PMs you, please report it to me.)
3) No coaching after you're dead. This includes outside of SRK. I don't care what format you're thinking of using, be it Battle.net, AIM, MSN, Skype, Smoke Signals, Texts, Morse Code. Don't do it. Also, because this has happened recently, I will not verify any of your hunches after you die. Keep it to yourself, take it to the Loser's Lounge, if someone shares information they know, don't bring it to anyone else's attention that's still in the game. If someone does this, PM me with the proof, and that person will face a ban.
4) No discussing or plotting to break or bend the rules in your PMs, lovers and mafia. I'll be in those conversations anyway, so that should go without saying. But just in case you think you can do it while I'm sleeping, think again. If you start discussing something that I don't immediately catch, and that action is taken, once I find out, the perpetrator of the act and the instigator will both receive bans and DQs.
5) If you are lovers or mafia, you will not be allowed into the Loser's Lounge until you leave the Pm conversation after you die. It's not entirely clear on how you do this by looking at it, but upon your death, simply click "Delete Conversation" on the left-hand side of the screen. This will only delete it on your end, and no one else's.
6) Do not try to get removed from the game after it already starts, or try to break the rules to get DQ'd. If something super unexpected happens, I'll try to be reasonable, but overall, if you know you're going to be busy, and unable to play at all, don't sign up. If you suddenly see a full schedule hit your plate just before we start, ask me to take your name off the list, and I'll put in an alternate. After we start, I'm not going to take your name off unless you have a really good reason, and I can find an alternate to take your place. Otherwise, don't deliberately break a rule just to get a DQ. You will not just get a DQ, but banned.
7) No posting images of PMs, even as a joke, in the game thread. If you are going to make a fake PM, do it so that it's easy to tell at a glance that it's fake.
There's bound to be loopholes, things I didn't think of, strategies, and plays that will seem outright dirty and unfair. Good! This particular game is about fun not fairness!

Werewolf And Vampire night actions
Vampires and Werewolves initiates start off with no powers, but may gain some as the game progresses. Dracula and Lucian grant the Promote ability at the start.

These factions get multiple actions per night: 1 Major, and unlimited Minor. These abilities are only allowed if they have the corresponding role. If that role dies then the faction loses access to that ability.
Major Actions:

Stalk, Bodyguard, Shapeshift, Dominate, Sacrifice, Eviscerate
Vampire/Werewolf Roles (available to either faction):
Promote
Granted by the faction leader. May take an initiate or a Convert, and give them any role available to their faction from these lists.
Assassin
Grants access to the Assassinate Skill. Assassinate may be used during the night phase to target one person; that person is killed. If Assassinate is used on the same target by multiple sources, that target instead escapes while the assassins are distracted fighting each other.
Converter
Grants access to the Bite Skill. Bite may be used during the night phase to target one person; that person is then considered an initiate of that faction. A faction may only have a maximum of 7 roles (including the leader). Bite only works on Town members. If a Vampire/Werewolf is targeted, the bite will fail, and the biters identity will be revealed to the target. Once converted, a new PM will be started between the person bit, and whoever is assigned as their master. If the master is killed, the converted person may be assigned a new master right away, or left masterless (meaning no PM ability). A convert can be brought into the main PM too if desired, but it is not required. If a person is targeted with Bite by 2 people on the same night, then the target will get away while the 2 Converters are distracted fighting each other.
Celerity
Passive role. Grants access to an extra Major action in a night for the faction.
Werewolf Only Roles:
Bodyguard
Grants access to the Bodyguard Skill. Bodyguard may be used during the night phase to target one person; if that person is targeted by an Assassinate they will be protected. If they are targeted by Stalk, they will be revealed as inconclusive.
Dominator
Grants access to the Dominate Skill. Dominate may be used during the night phase to target one person; that person is prevented from using any of their special abilities until the end of the next night phase.
Vampire Only Roles:

Shapeshifter
