Character with the best normals

Hey SRK,

Would someone here possibly be able to tell me the best character that has the best set of normals? I'm looking for a character that can deal a lot of damage that'll keep my fingers busy at the same time.

I'm just getting out of my Ryu phase of 18 years so if there's any character in particular that's like him or completely different I'll be all ears.
